Girls On The Run: WOW!

First of all, THANK YOU for all the interest in getting your girls involved in a self esteem program that builds a fun, healthy foundation for fitness and overall wellness!

We’ve heard that most locations have to start with only 4-5 girls, which we were perfectly fine with and expected given we didn’t have much time to get the word out.

But guess what… We maxed out at 20 girls!

IN FACT…. we had to get another coach!

We are so excited!! The reason for the maximum number of girls is that the program promotes bonding, providing the girls with a safe space to share & encourage and of course physical safety & supervision while running.

If you have signed up, a welcome participant letter has gone out via your registered email addresses soon!  Please check your spam and junk folders if you haven’t received something. Practices start on Tuesday, February 15th.
