1.) May 6th: Board meeting and General Meeting. PTA Board Members (current and incoming).
– Board meeting will be at 8:30am and General meeting at 9am.
– We need everyone there (new board members and current) because we will need to vote in the new slate, approve the budget, and approve the Bylaws.
– This is a HUGE meeting – please make all efforts to come.
2.) May 11th: Field Day
– We need LOTS of volunteers to make this day happen. But first, we need a LEADER! Any PTA member willing to take charge and work with Coach Wittmis to make this day great?
– We will need to source an obstacle course bounce house and snacks (fruit and snack of some kind).
– We will also need to get morning and afternoon volunteers. Coach Wittmis is sending me the schedule, but she said it would be 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, so you can pick one or stay all day. Once I have the schedule, we can send out a SignUP Genius.
3.) May 14th: Shoot for the Stars
– In the past, PTA has done a few stations (face painting, crafts, etc) for money. They are offering to let us come out again, so share your ideas with Jennifer Lillis.
4.) Finally, we still need the following positions filled for next year. Let me know if you know anyone or can take the position yourself.

– Garden Club
